Stamp Duty - For every RM250.00 or part thereof of the yearly Rent

1 year and below RM1.00
Above 1 year to less than 4 year RM2.00
4 years and above RM4.00

Legal Fee

RM10,000 and below 30%

RM10,001 and above 15%
